Desc: The Struggle Garden: Directed by Jack Davis. The Struggle Garden is an illegal refugee settlement in the heart of urban Uganda. This film, compiled over the course of two months living in the community, compiles the stories of individuals who were forced to leave not only their countries but the refugee camps that are mandated to protect them. Additional interviews with government, police and refugee officials show that the Struggle Garden has for years been for than just a thorn in their side.
